Stay independently in your own private King Deluxe Studio and unwind in comfort. Take a long soak in the spa bath, prepare simple meals in your private kitchenette, enjoy breakfast at the bar, or relax on your own porch overlooking the garden and soothing water fountains.
Most importantly—sleep exceptionally well in the incredibly comfortable California king bed.
Your Space This is your own private studio with separate external access via the side of our home. The studio is attached to the main house by one shared wall, while the backyard lawn area is shared.
Kitchenette Features The kitchenette includes everything needed for a comfortable stay: • Sink and preparation space • Breakfast bar • Full-size refrigerator • Microwave • Portable oven • Induction cooktop • Blender • Pots, utensils, crockery and glassware • Coffee maker
Inside the studio you’ll also find: • Comfortable sofa and coffee table overlooking the garden • Small dining table for meals or working remotely • Fast Wi-Fi suitable for Zoom/video calls • Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Disney+ and Amazon Prime • Central heating and air conditioning • Off-street parking (to the right of the garage)
Coffee Lovers Welcome ☕ Karina is a serious coffee enthusiast and previously owned a café in New Zealand. She roasts her own signature organic coffee blend at home—and guests often tell us it’s some of the best coffee they’ve had in Redding. You be the judge.

Clean property, easy access, and accommodating hosts made for a wonderful, peaceful stay. Thanks to Karina for the yummy coffee and providing us with lunch coolers. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Such a great stay. Immaculately kept and everything you could possibly need is supplied. Only had a short overnight but was very relaxing and peaceful. Our dogs had a large yard to play in and we all felt super safe and happy. Location is outstanding, next to the river trail.

Check in was easy and bed was very comfortable, unit was clean . However, heating instructions were not clear as the stand alone heater is a plug in unit by the front door. Wall banging off and on for about 10 minutes as we were trying to sleep since our wakeup time was 5:30AM.minuteeminutes as we wre
