3 bedroom 1 bath with views of hay fields. Parking is plentiful and there is a large pet friendly back yard.
There is Kent's meats and groceries with local and organic food near by.
A fleamarket with in walking distance.

Lisa was amazing! She is extremely responsive and very helpful. She went out of her way to recommend restaurants and local events she thought we might be interested in. Everything was clean. The backyard is ENORMOUS and the dogs loved it! The only issue we had was we have small dogs, so we were concerned that some of the gaps in the fence would allow our little ones to escape. I mentioned it to Lisa and her husband came over immediately and permanently filled the gaps so our little ones were safe and secure. The house is right on a main road, but it was not busy nor was it loud. It was close to Redding (less than 10 mins) and Anderson, so it was super convenient for all the places and events we visited.
