The Apartment has brand new furniture and a gas log fire to keep warm in winter.
Also a large 7.1kw air conditioner to keep very cool in summer.

If you want to step back in time to an original 1950 or 1960 era styles unit, then this is for you, with a few mod cons, if course. It is so close to the beach and not too far from eateries.

It was a great property for my wife, son and myself - walking distance to the beach, eateries and shops and importantly for us, close to the start/finish of the Cadel Evans Peoples Ride and later the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road race.

The location is the best in Geelong. Waking up overlooking Eastern Beach is great, whether in summer or winter.
Property can do with a makeover as some aspects as past due for the expectation of a rental property.
Very snug in winter with gas fireplace.
