This 3 bedroom, 6th floor condo boasts an open concept layout, updated furnishings, electronics and appliances, and awe-inspiring views of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico!
Please note: Tidewater is undergoing exterior and balcony renovation improvements. Here is what to expect:
• Timeline: 9/16/2026 - 1/1/2027, schedule and weather permitting
• Balcony closures will take place and furniture will be brought into the unit. Schedules are available, but subject to change.
• Outdoor pool closure will take place during colder months, but INDOOR POOL is NOT affected by this work.
• Noise is expected with this project that will be extensive at times such as drilling and grinding.
Please remain up-to-date for any changes.

The master and second bedrooms each feature comfy king beds, and the third hosts two twins, and with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room this unit accommodates up to 8 comfortably!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals, but if you prefer a break from cooking there are a variety of delectable dining options nearby to choose from! Additional unit features include high speed wifi, a full washer and dryer, beachfront balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom, oversized 100% cotton

One of my favorite condominiums. Building is just the right size. Not too big. Plenty of amenities and common areas are well-maintained. Nice beach access. Great location on Perdido Key.

Nice unit and everything was fine-just a lot of worn out stuff and it needs a good deep clean. Property management company was great to dealwith-they were scheduling service as soon as we departed. The furniture is worn out-but it’s still a good spot
