- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

This is by far, one of the best listings in Waikiki. You don't really need a rental car, everything is located within walking distance and out of all of the places that we have stayed in Waikiki, this one stands out as the perfect location.

pros: close walk to beach, shops and restaurants
Ali'i Beach rental staff communicated very well and was responsive with any issues, Rington met us to hand off the fobs and he was very curteous. The kitchen looked updated with new appliances.
cons: 218 is on the 2nd floor and the balcony overlooks a high traffic beach access, it's also the furthest unit from the beach and the Waikiki Shore building is very close to another hotel. Sewer lines run between the building so the smell of sewer would come into the unit. It has very old glass windows with slats that you have to crank open. The windows allowed the sewer smell to permeate the place.
Aside from a few pictures it did not feel like we were in Hawaii. The beds and outdoor furniture were uncomfortable. The coffee table wobbles and the recliner needs to be replaced.
Raid roach spray is provided and we used it to spray around the crack at the bottom of the door where we believe the roaches were coming in.
It's very close to all the action but that comes with a lot of noise. Sirens, drivers blowing their car horns, loud music, ambulances, scooters and people yelling at all hours. Construction is being done to the lobby which added to the noise.
Only one a/c situated in the main living area did not reach the bathroom and it was hot.
The tile floors could use some rugs as the floor was slippery. The closets need to be cleared of junk and dusted.
We still enjoyed our time in Waikiki but we would not stay here again.
