Although Ni'ihau Apartments does not have a pool, Waikiki Beach is only a block away. The building also offers a secure keyed elevator, coin-operated laundry facilities on the 2nd floor, and a popular shave ice shop on the ground floor.

The host was super easy to work with. Directions for property entry were easy to follow. The parking pass was handy and the parking itself was really helpful. The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable and the air conditioner combined with the ceiling and stand alone fans made the unit a cool reprieve from the heat outdoors.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was very nice being in the heart of Waikiki. We also appreciated the free parking that was located very close to the property. Appreciated there being beach chairs and a cooler to use. The bedroom was just a bit stuffy with only the fan, and some of the areas were a little dusty. Would recommend a stay here though!

Positive: Great location! Clean unit, safe with keyed entry, and convenient parking a short walk away. Really good shaved ice on ground floor, too! Great sunset views. Easy check-in/out with good communication by host. Be aware: Noise from adjacent hotel can be a bit much for those sensitive to sounds at night (even with windows shut). A few extra pillows (or better/fuller ones) would be nice. Bathroom and shower is narrow/small but clean and sufficient. Only 1 mirror in the unit (in bathroom), so it makes getting ready difficult and time consuming. I suggest bringing a travel mirror. We would definitely book this unit again.

This rental was great! It was clean and is in a great location. Just a heads up that the parking is in a lot on the next block over. But nothing beats FREE PARKING! This rental is in a great location with the beach and many shops just a few feet away. The host was also really easy to reach which is a plus!
