Chris was an amazing host and the house was as described. There were a couple of issues but Chris was very easy to contact and our problems were solved very quickly. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. I would absolutely recommend this property and would return with our next trip.

We have been fortunate enough to visit this part of the world a handful of times and always look to stay in Windsor Palms, which is an excellent resort in a perfect location about 10-15mins from Disney and close to many other attractions, shops and restaurants etc. Villa Mickey itself was fantastic - the photos and overview online build it up to be a comfortable villa of great quality, and it certainly lived up to its billing, giving us a fantastic stay and helping to make our holiday a happy, enjoyable and worry-free one! In terms of the things that matter to us: the furniture was in good condition (no saggy sofas!), the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms & showers all worked well, the villa is well looked after and maintained, the pool was clean and was regularly serviced (and the hot-tub was AMAZING!) and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of mugs and crockery and so forth. And, importantly for us Brits, there was a kettle for making cups of tea!The hosts Chris and Lisa were first-class from the moment of first enquiry right the way through. They answered queries & questions quickly, with detail and were always warm and friendly, whilst they also provided additional tips and advice to help you have the best possible stay. They seemed to genuinely care that you enjoyed your stay, and truly were the perfect hosts. Thank you so much!We would 100% recommend this villa to anyone, it really is a gem.
