2 PERSONS MAX. For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Beautiful gulf view, comfortable balcony seating. Condo was super clean and they provided all the cleaning supplies we needed for our stay. Host agency was super professional and communicated regularly leading up to the trip. They even followup with a phone call to see if you have any additional questions. Five star unit, overall I rated 4 stars because the bed pillows are in desperate need of replacement. Shower curtain was very thin and not weighted, so the water from the shower had a tendancy to drip on the floor outside the shower. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. Plenty of dishes were also provided to use. There is no dishwasher so we did have to hand wash the dishes, but they provided dish soap and new sponges. As for the property as a whole, very clean and well maintained. Loved the size of the building not too large and only a few units per floor. Hallways were always quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is exactly as listed. Very clean, and all basics are provided. Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler available for renters use. Beautiful view & the beach restoration created an amazing wide white sand beach.

The views are more beautiful in person than these pictures. The room was clean and perfect in size for a couple. The balcony offered endless moments for breakfast, sunset wine and my guest even slept on the lounge chair one night to listen to the waves!! The room is just below the penthouse in a quiet, well maintained building. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and some beach extras are stored in your closet! Steps away to the beach that can lead you north 6 miles to Times Square shopping and tiki bars and food along the way, and south to over the bridge to Lovers Key if you’re up for the walks! Perfect location away from the bustle, but convenient restaurants and shopping across the street!I rent a bike for 2 weeks which was all you need (with shuttle busses) if you’re staying local. I’d recommend this condo and the management was easy to work with!
