Beach View Home On Cape San Blas
King's Landing is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that awaits renters to enjoy and return to year after year. It is within walking or biking distance to the Trading Post. You can't forget the delicious Weber's donuts.
The open garage area provides ample room for many cars to park. There is also a storage area for renters to store their beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers pool (can not be heated) area is accessible from the garage area as well. The pool area is fenced in with chairs and tables to relax in. There is also a gas grill provided in the pool area of the home.
On the first floor of the home you will find: A king bedroom with a full bathroom and private access to the gulf view deck. A queen bedroom with a bathroom (shower only) and access to the gulf view deck. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and another Queen bedroom. There is another full bathroom and access to the bay view deck.
The second floor of King's Landing has your kitchen/Living/Dining areas. There are amazing views!! There is also another king bedroom with a full bathroom next to the kitchen. This room has views of St. Joseph's Bay.
This home comes with free Wi/Fi and free long distance. There are TVs in every bedroom and plenty of room for everyone to eat. The dining room table seats 8, there is a bar area which seats 4 and a table outside on the deck that seats 4. There are also 2 wonderful rocking chairs on the top deck to relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets. We hope you will come and visit this home. The location made it easy to access the beach and the private pool was a great place to relax and enjoy family time when taking a break from the beach. The multiple decks provide perfect views of sunrises and sunsets while enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails!

Kings landing had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. Brandon was eager to help address our concerns and repairs and did an excellent job. The pool was crystal clear and a great end to our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked and beach access was easy and close.

The rental was nice. In close proximity to beach access. The elevator was extremely nice, we had in laws who would have had a difficult time going up the 3 flights of stairs. The home was big enough to accommodate our family of 7, and our dog.The management company was great. They were very responsive. There was a problem with the a/c that occurred. The temp reached 80 degrees. They were able to fix it the following day, however, we did have to endure the heat for an evening & overnight.Even though the photos showed televisions in every room, the only tv with streaming capabilities was in the main living area. No other televisions were able to be utilized. All televisions were outdated. The home is beautiful, however, it is clear the owners are not making needed capital improvements on their property.The pool was great to have, however, the area surrounding the pool needs updates. Weeds around the pool, tiles had fallen off and were stacked in the back area.We enjoyed several restaurants in Port St Joe. We also traveled to Apalachicola and St George Island. We absolutely loved this area of Florida. And we loved that it was not overcrowded.Overall, we enjoyed coming to Cape San Blas. We would probably search for a more updated property if we were to return.
