A beautiful, peaceful location, with lots of outdoor space. We spent mornings and evenings on one of two outdoor spaces (patio and front porch), enjoying watching the sheep and donkeys right across the road. The accommodations were thoughtfully loaded with all the requirements and many extras, such as local foods for our first breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked. We'll visit this place again.

We returned to this lovely place to combine the fall migration at hawk mountain, beautiful surroundings, and rejuvenate as a busy couple. It’s a special place and reasonably priced. All I wanted to do when we got there was open the big beautiful windows and bring in the fresh air and bird/animal sounds (and get rid of mustiness). As before, the windowsills were filled with bugs and though I vacuumed them myself last year, just didn’t want to again. The kitchen had ants (we cleaned out the toaster to rectify). We hoped to enjoy the fire pit on the patio but the tank was empty. We did call about the ants and tank and the property manager replied immediately. Sadly, after a full day on the mountain, we decided not to stay the night and went home early. With a little more attention to cleanliness it would be a perfect destination.
