LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Welcome to your beautiful Palm Desert home on an elevated lot, allowing for the gorgeous panoramic western mountain views from every window and from the extended patio. You will love this totally remodeled home, a sought after single story end unit! The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, den and an office, on the golf course. Located on one of the premier streets on a quiet interior Cul-de-sac in the gated community of prestigious Monterey Country Club.
Interior:
The condo has been fully upgraded including granite counter tops and tile flooring. The living room is perfect for relaxing with a large HDTV flat screen, a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The unit has free U.S./Canada phone calls, cable TV, and wireless internet.
The kitchen is state of the art with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with mosaic back splash, beautiful cabinetry and large picture window with mountain views. A formal dining area seats 6. The wall has been removed between the living room and kitchen creating great open living space with a granite top breakfast bar and 5 bar stools.
The large master suite includes a California king bed, large closet, a large flat screen TV and an en suite bath with granite counter top, double sinks, and a walk in double shower. Enjoy the mountain views from the large picture window.

Guest has access to the restaurant, club house and pools/spas. Golf – 27 hole course, tennis, and fitness are available for a nominal fee through the Monterey Country Club.
Things to do:
Monterey CC is located just a short drive to some of the Valley's best shopping and restaurants along world famous El Paseo Drive, "The Rodeo Drive" of the Desert or The River shopping mall and restaurants! Other places of interest are McCallum Performing Arts, College of the Desert’s Street Fair (every Saturday & Sunday), Westfield Palm Desert Mall and numerous casinos.
The selection of fine restaurants in the area is second to none. On El Paseo you will find Mastro’s, Tommy Bahama, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Pacifica Seafood Restaurant, California Pizza Kitchen, Daily Grill. Overall, a lovely property. The owner met us at the door and gave us a quick tour! The patio was perfect! Shaded spots for most of the day.Decor was a little dark, but comfortable!Wish we had paid attention up front that use of the golf course was not permitted and that there was asn’t an on property coffee shop for all!

This condo has a beautiful view and is nicely located in the complex and centrally located to nearby shopping. It is a very spacious condo with comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything. The patio is great. It is very clean and updated.

Clean, well stocked condo-- with a beautiful view of snow covered mountains and many interesting birds to watch from the patio. Only downside was the cold front in California this season.
