Yes, fully stocked with wood in off season for a crackling fire!

Parking: The U-shaped driveway provides free parking for up to 4 mid-size cars.

Amenities Galore: The completely stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator w/ ice-maker, separate dedicated ice-maker to fill coolers for the beach, gas double-oven cook top, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and all of the essential kitchen cooking dishware and utensils. Amenities include all of the little things we tend to forget when in our rush to reach the beach such as paper towels, trash bags, soap, toothbrushes, coffee cups, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, etc.

Located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, our 123 Carolina cottage has everything you'll want create those cherished and lasting memories with friends or family.

This coastal home, completely renovated in 2013, is furnished with casual and cozy furniture for the best in vacation relaxation.

Beautiful, refinished hardwood floors throughout, with 3 bedrooms, 7 dedicated beds, 2 bathrooms (one full, one half-bathroom). Plus, for convenience in getting the sand off, an outside shower, hose and front-load clothes washer and dryer to clean up!

The outside screened porch is a perfect place to relax…if you listen carefully, you can hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach!

The outside deck surrounding the house with an outdoor hose makes it easy to clean off the beach sand. Or, you can use the outside shower, featuring direct, convenient access to/from the master bedroom. All of these compliment each of the amenities you'll want to make this your permanent vacation home!

Don't forget, you can also cook out with the charcoal grill on the outside, backyard patio.

If you love the beach and beach combing, 123 Carolina is a great spot to enjoy a secluded and relaxed beach vacation. In addition to a brief walk to the beach, you also have convenient access to Dewey & Rehoboth’s famous restaurants, boardwalk, activities and nightlife.

The Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, Jolley Trolley for transportation, fine and casual dining, shops, fishing/crabbing, and shopping outlets, make your "home away from home" a “Beach Retreat” for creating special and memorable experiences.

Rentals beginning second week in June through first week of September require full week rental, e.g., 7 night minimum stay. Check-In/Checkout for weekly rental is Sunday to Sunday: Check-in time is 3:00 pm; Check-out time 10:00 am. Flexibility is provided when possible. No security deposit is required with the convenient Property Damage Protection Insurance policy. VRBO Reservation Service Fee, and 3% Dewey Beach accommodation tax included with your reservation. Linens (sheets, pillow cases, & towels) can be provided for an additional fee upon request. No Smoking is permitted inside the house. Dogs are welcome, additional fees may apply. During the off-season months from October through end of April, the large dedicated ice-maker and outside water/shower are not available to avoid freezing pipes.
