About this apartment rental
We like to provide a personal touch to your reservation process. We highly recommend communicating with us prior to reservation so all of your questions can be answered before making any payments. Reed, Jane or Lisa (our travel agent on staff) will reply ASAP. The best way to have a great vacation experience is to feel comfortable about your reservation. We make sure everything is completely arranged and all of your questions are answered long before you travel so once you are on your flight, you can relax and be on a worry free vacation. After working with Reed and Jane you'll feel like you have a new best friend and will want to go do karate in the garage. ;)
Your suite is tastefully decorated with dark, rich wood, filled with modern furniture and stainless steel appliances. The smallest details have been carefully crafted to provide you with every comfort and luxury available. All suites have air conditioning, cable television, phones, and ceiling fans. Shaded verandas provide a relaxing place to gather. Each room has its own separate entrance, giving the ability to have adjoining rooms closed off to provide 3 different layout options so you don’t have to pay for extra beds you don’t need.

We are Platinum Supreme Shareholders with Elite Chairman's Circle Club affiliation at this all-inclusive resort giving us the highest level of membership at the resort. Because of our membership level and our relationship with the management of the resort we can provide our guests with the most amenities.
The $130 per person per night all-inclusive includes:
*Gold bracelets giving you access to 3 of the member's only beaches of the resort - Serenity Beach (temporarily closed), Harmony Beach and Lifestyle Beach as well as complimentary liquor for your Suite.
*13 fabulous restaurants serving delicious Caribbean and international food and drinks, 2 buffets, swim-up bar, beach bars, poolside bars, Sports bar, and nightly resort entertainment or parties including Thursday night show at the Ocean World Casino followed by a party at Café del Mar with free transportation and so much more.
*With our Platinum Supreme Shareholder membership and Elite Chairmans Circle Club affiliation you get access to amenities and areas that others do not - like the new V.I.P. Lifestyle Beach, V.I.P. NV Beach, Serenity Beach (temporarily closed) and Harmony Beach with cabanas and beachside cool jacuzzis, access to the V.I.P Pool and Bar, a free day pass to either Ocean World, or Café del Mar or the Xtreme Zone (based upon availability), free 9-hole round of golf per person, 30% off spa treatments, and complimentary airport transfers to and from the airport.
The all-inclusive is only $130/person/night. Children 3 to 11 are half-price and under 3 are free. The all-inclusive is mandatory, because it includes your fridge stocked daily with water, soda and beer, the complimentary liquor for your Suite, entertainment and parties, and of course ALL you can eat and drink at 13 restaurants and 30 bars throughout the resort. The rental fee is paid to us and the all-inclusive is paid to the resort upon arrival.
We are 6x SHAREHOLDERS at the resort and with our added 2x Elite Chairman's Circle Club affiliation, when you rent from us you get priority over all other guests of members.
You may check in or out on any day of the week and stay as many nights (with a minimum of four) as you wish.
We do recommend spending AT LEAST a week here in order to enjoy everything this resort has to offer!!
Presidential Suites are only available to members of the vacation club to stay in over Christmas/New Year's. We do have alternate accommodations available for the Holidays.

Had a great holiday at the Lifestyles Resort. Reed, Jane and Lisa were very professional and helpful and had everything organized for us before and upon arrival. The Suite was everything that was described and on pictures, very nice and comfortable and always well stocked with refreshments everyday and room was done up as well. The all inclusive was well worth the money and the food options was great, lots to choose from. Would highly recommend going here and would come again for sure!!

On the plus side, the suite was very nice, and Serenity beach and the VIP pool were excellent. Also read and Lisa were very helpful before the trip, with prompt service and answers to our questions. Thanks!
On the downside, I got food poisoning at the Blue Lagoon. The food at other restaurants was average. We heard Azul is fantastic, but we were not allowed there – it is apparently reserved only for the owners and shareholders.
The second low note was the weather, with two full days of rain and a couple of partially rainy days during our stay. The temperature was in the mid 70s – low 80s with pretty strong winds on the beach. We are familiar with the occasional scattered showers in the Caribbean, but many other resorts offer rainy day vouchers for future stay.
Lastly, we did not appreciate the manner in which the VIP staff handled membership sales. I am sure they are just following protocol, but their manner had left us feeling ambushed, lied to, and "processed." The ordeal began on our very first morning, while we were walking to the Serenity beach. We were stopped by one of the VIP guest managers, who welcomed us and offered us a tour of the property and a ride to the beach. Sounded good, except instead he dropped us off at the VIP tower to “pick up our welcome packages” and said that the person who got us the welcome package would give us a tour and a ride to the beach. Instead, that second person had handed us over to a sales rep who wanted us to “sit down and discuss membership.” He seemed offended when we indicated that we had just got there and did not want to sit through sales demos. When we asked him if he was going to show us the property and take us to the beach he replied “do I look like a tour guide?” When we again indicated that we were not interested in discussing membership, his reply was “OK, you may go”. We had to walk to the rest of the way to the beach, and, on the following days, we would repeatedly be stopped by the VIP staff in golf carts asking us when did we arrive at the resort and if we have “had the tour” yet. I must say that this experience has greatly detracted from the vacation. We have visited many time share and membership resorts in the past, but have never encountered such aggressive and dishonest sales approach. We had talked to several other guests who were also dismayed at this experience.
