About this house rental
Beautiful Lake home, 10 min from Ameritrade Park and downtown Omaha. One of a kind private home on Lake Manawa, across the river in Iowa. The second level features a full balcony, laundry room, 4 BRs (1King and 3 Queen beds) the master with large walk-in shower and oversized Jacuzzi, 2 with a Jack and Jill bath. The other 1 has private bath. Main floor has spacious living room with fireplace and wet bar, full kitchen, media room with fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area, large porch and 1/2 bath. Wi-Fi available. Stunning view with many restaurants within 5 min. Respectful renters only, not a party house. We hope you treat our home as you would your own. Rates vary according to our calendar, 3 night minimum. Security deposit and credit card required. Cleaning fee $250.00

Great place to stay on the lake during the CWS. Very nice house. Great views of the lake and very relaxing. Great communication. Will enjoy staying here again in the future.

5 of us were riding RAGBRAI and stayed here for the first 3 days. Plenty of room, kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of showers and good water pressure.

Initially there were some challenges, but we were able to work through them and had a wonderful weekend. Positives- magnificent views from most rooms of the house and porches. Kitchen equipment plentiful. Ample bathrooms. Furniture and beds all comfortable. Great homemade ice cream shop 1 block away! Negatives-photos in listing makes the space appear larger than it is in reality. Strong musty smell. Refrigerator not empty. Fire places unable to be used.
