The home has an inviting, open floor plan and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the warmth and convenience of the 'push-of-a-button' gas fireplace.
The location is very desirable, with a short walk to Yachats town center, and the historic 804 walking trail is directly in front of the home. Home is pet-friendly (small dogs only, with permission). No extra management fees.

We love Yachats Sunset. Always clean, cozy, and equipped with everything. We had a wild and wet gale-force-wind-warning storm, sunshine, a beautiful sunset, a rainbow and a full moon all within a few short days. Who could ask for more?

A lovely stay again for the second time the view is amazing even though we had mostly rain. It still was lovely kitchen well stocked in the living room room very comfortable. All the beds were great highly recommend.
