About this house rental


Oversized 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch perched on a knoll overlooking Rachel Carson Preserve and Little River. Charming knotty pine interior offering a primary bedroom suite, two living areas perfect to spread out! A large deck overlooking the water with table/seating for 6, outdoor sofa and chairs for relaxing in the sun. Recently remodeled baths and new furnishings. Space in the garage to store your bikes and golf equipment. Just a 5-minute walk to beach access at Jeffery's Way. 2-week minimum rental. Starting in 2025, Friday to Friday rentals to beat the traffic!

Sorry, No Pets / No Smoking Allowed. Strict occupancy limit of 6.

Our home is professionally managed by a local agent, Sand Dollar Real Estate, located AT the beach, so you have the peace of mind of knowing a pro is close by to assist you with ANY questions or issues should they arise.

We arrived to a thoroughly clean cottage and it looked exactly like it was described. Beautiful deck for early morning coffee or evening cocktails. You can hear the waves on the deck and the walk to the beach in an easy five minute stroll. We would definitely stay here again...well worth the price.

We had another great stay at this cottage, our third stay. Quiet setting, awesome deck & super clean. Maria is terrific and it was so nice to have a local professional to help with questions.
