The best way to describe Loon 15 is cozy, intimate, and reasonably priced This quaint, 1,200 sq. ft. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, a small family with children, or three couples on a golfing weekend.
The Deschutes River is nearby and offers a gorgeous sight in all of the seasons. The Cardinal Landing Bridge is just a short walk from the back deck and invites you to cross over to the national forest or stroll along the river on the adjacent bike path. The owners pull out their kayaks at the bridge after a leisurely float down the Deschutes.
In the winter, the fireplace crackles with a friendly wood fire, and the hot tub, surrounded by snow, beckons. In the summer, the focus is the back deck surrounded by forested open space. The sizzling gas BBQ will serve up dinner as deer wander into view and garrulous geese fly low overhead. In the garage, the ping pong table awaits a family tournament and provides family fun year-round.

Cute little house by the River. Kitchen was well set up. Enjoyed the location by the River and along the paths. Enjoyed the use of the bikes and hot tub (we had some issues with the hot tub but the property management had someone out there to fix it within 30 minutes after hours).

House was very clean, furniture in living room and dining room were nice, would have preferred softer beds...emailed manager as hot tub did not heat past 90, but enjoyed our time away anyway! Loved the wildlife around the house: many deer (with babies!), squirrels and a cute little otter in the river.

We booked excited for a relaxing hot tub/home. Hot tub doesn’t work properly. Older but maintained. Many bugs. Spider in my bed and in the bathroom. I know they can’t ensure no bugs but finding many spiders inside was not fun. Covered in bites. Some from the mosquitoes for sure bring your bug spray! TV wasn’t working my son was able to get it working but many parts were unplugged luckily he was able to fix it. We love Sunriver and come yearly. Wouldn’t book this one again.
