About this bed and breakfast
This rental unit is 630 square feet and is located in a separate outbuilding from the main residence. The property is secluded and private yet located in the heart of Scottsdale. There is an unheated swimming pool, gas BBQ, and ramada that is shared with the Owners. The suite includes a kitchen with corian counters, a refrigerator, a 2 burner cook-top, convection oven (countertop model) and microwave. A separate bedroom with king bed and an alcove with a sofa/sleeper, queen size bed can accommodate 4 persons. A bath with shower(no tub) completes the space. There is also an outdoor sitting area with table and chairs. TV with cable. CD player and radio. Private Wi-Fi. No cleaning fee and no checkout "to do" list. There is a pet fee, $20 per pet. There is a car charging fee, $20 per day.

property met all of our expectations. very clean and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again if we had the need to be in the area.

These were wonderfully nice people who have a well located property. It all depends on what you are looking for in either a short, medium or long term rental to decide on staying there.
They strive to be very attentive hosts, I didn’t want to bother them so a little different to be on a property with a host and have to drive to the back of the yard, but they did not seem to be bothered by it at all. We liked their dog, but she doesn’t like strangers as much as we did, they will gladly keep her indoors if you are not a big dog person.
