A truly classy 1 bedroom, 1 bath casita with a top of the line kitchen and separate entrance with private courtyard all within walking distance to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. The gorgeous paved courtyard is landscaped with a patio table, 2 lounge chairs and your own grill. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet with stackable washer and dryer, iron and iron board and all the room needed for any length of stay. The 50-inch tv in the living area and the 43-inch TV in the bedroom both are new 4K TVs with available Roku service if you have an account plus COX cable TV service and high-speed wireless internet service all of which are included. All the linen and towels are supplied as well as fully stocked kitchen. Utensils, top of the line stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice in door, full size dishwasher and convection microwave over counter top induction cooking with all pots and pans and Air Fryer. Coffee maker and coffee is also provided. The counter top toaster, broiler is large enough to broil a small chicken. Relax and watch TV on a beautiful leather couch which opens to a queen size bed. You will find the bathroom and shower fit for a 5-star hotel.
The common area includes lots of space, pool and fire pit with built in seating plus a 4-hole putting green with artificial grass and a sand trap. There is on street and on premises parking as well. Your private courtyard has key locks for added privacy and the entrance has keyless entry. The owners live on the premises in the main house and are available for any questions that may arise.

This place was perfect. Clean, comfortable bed, nice private patio, reasonable price, & nice location! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Larry & Judy!Kitchen had all we needed. We didn’t have time to hang by the pool but it looked nice.

Our stay at this property was flawless. The Casita was clean, all necessities met, and more, communication was incredible, and Judy’s art is beautiful. Would give more stars if available!

It was a pleasure to spend four weeks at Judy’s and Larry’s casita located in a quiet neighborhood of the Scottsdale area. They are premier hosts in that they are friendly and conscientious about making sure that their guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. Any questions or concerns were quickly attended to because they were right next door. The facility was adequately and nicely furnished. It was neat, clean and well stocked with equipment and supplies. The private entrance, courtyard, and on premises parking were real assets. Major streets and shopping for groceries, gas, etc. were in proximity to this location.Many thanks to Judy and Larry for their attention to making my stay at their casita a gratifying experience.
