An amazing property with a 4 bedroom house on 36 private acres that is located on the New River in Boone, NC. We have all the amenities you could ask for in a VRBO. A quiet location with a beautiful deck where you can star gaze at night or head to the river for some fun. This house is newly remodeled and professionally decorated. Bring your family or friends and have the vacation of your life.
P.S. please be advised in the winter months you may need to all-wheel drive if the weather is snowy. Clients are responsible for transportation to and from the property.

The home is spacious and lovely. We enjoyed watching wildlife and seeing the horses. There should be instructions however for gas logs, thermostat (we never figured it out), hot tub (we never used). I was disappointed that the New River was not easily accessible. There was one spot you could get down the embankment (we didn’t try), the rest was steep and overgrown. Glad we didn’t bother to bring kayaks. We had a few issues, so the owner unexpectedly refunded half of the nightly rate, which was appreciated. The roads getting there are not bad. The final drive is gravel, but not steep or winding. Location is very convenient to Boone.

Kelly, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is quiet, peaceful, and best described as a little slice of heaven here on earth. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely book this property again on our next trip.
