Convenient location close to the main train station.
Quite modern, pleasing decor with modern kitchen appliances
Easy communication with the owner for key collection.
Very reasonable price.
The apartment is in a courtyard at the back of a very run-down, almost shabby building.
The sitting room on the ground floor faces onto the courtyard, giving minimal privacy and requiring blinds to be drawn, making the property very dark.
The two small bedroom are upstairs, requiring negotiating the steps if one needs to use the toilet during the night
