The laundry room is really really convenient. The sound proof window does block the sound from outside. The location is perfect too.
The funny thing is there is a lot of light in the room. Sometime that confuses me but it’s not a big deal.

Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Extremely helpful host.
Very poor noise insulation; could hear other guests coming and going till 1am. Location is quite inconvenient; far from train station and downtown area. Common areas were cluttered and not enjoyable.
