Location was great and complimentary coffee and pastries was nice.
There was no hot water for our shower for 1/2 our stay.

The Good - fantastic view of Seneca Lake from the room
The Bad - Dated. Electric receptacles were worn allowing plugs to fall out. Furnishings and carpet are showing their age. Although the view was wonderful, the room rate was high.
