About this house rental
We are renting our beautiful home on 10 acres. It has four bedrooms three baths and about 2800 ft.². The house sits on 10 acres of beautiful tree filled natural landscape . We have four bedrooms, two with queen size bed's, one bedroom with twin beds, and the fourth bedroom is set up a little bit like an office with a double futon. One of the things our guests have enjoyed about our house, is the two separate living and entertaining spaces under one roof.. but still together.
The kitchen has travertine floors and is very light and spacious with a beautiful marble island.Fully stocked pantry with anything you might need. The dining room is open. Beautiful wood floors in the living room and hall gorgeous living room with tall windows.
We have a 1/4 mile slightly steep paved driveway that leads up to our house... there are no houses to be seen anywhere from our house. Just enjoy the tranquility and peace. This is not a party house. The neighbors though they are far away are used to peace and quiet.:)
If you are under 25 please don't request to book unless we have communicated first and you make your intentions very clear..:)
Fully stocked pantry, free wifi and much more! We have a strict policy for the kitchen, it must be returned to how it was received. I am mostly speaking of the cleanliness of the kitchen, if utensils and dishes are moved and not in the original spot, that is not a problem.. :) I might like the place you put them better.
If you are bringing a lot of clothing you would like to put away, let me know and I will make room for you..
Strict Policy - Must let us know in advance the # of additional guests ANY events/dinners/gatherings, no matter the size. Event charges may apply.
This is our private home and we choose to rent it out to responsible adults. Please be aware that there are breakables in the house and if you need me to put some things away I will be happy to do that..

Clean, beautiful land, roomy house. Host was nearby and helpful. Close to Franklin so it was easy to go out to eat or shop. Nice place to be outside on the deck. Did not cook meals in, however it would be easy to do so since kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of everything you might need.
