About this house rental

You can’t beat the views, location, amenities and value of this modern and fully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome at 2385 Good Trump Ct in lower Deer Valley. This luxurious townhome has 6 beds and can sleep 8 comfortably.

Just walk out the front door and catch the free Deer Valley shuttle to and from Deer Valley Mountain Resort Base and Snow Park Lodge or take the free Park City bus to Main Street for shopping, dining and entertainment which is less than 2 miles away. This property was designed as a private get-away and exclusive vacation rental.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the dining table for 8 with a view of Deer Valley make hosting a treat. A spacious great room with cozy fireplace and entertainment center offers the perfect area to relax or socialize. If guests prefer to enjoy the view and mountain air from outside, they are all set with the private deck with private Hot Tub, outdoor seating and a BBQ.

The main living level boasts two king bed suites, both with a flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom with custom heated flooring. There is also a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.

The entry-level has a large bunk room with one Queen and three Twin beds, flat screen TV with Sony Wii game system and a private ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. The entry way from garage and front door is spacious and doubles as a mudroom with ample hooks, area for storage and bench for seating.

To top it all off, there’s a private heated garage spacious enough to fit a full-sized SUV and equipped with ski and snow board racks for easy storage. The private driveway offers parking for an additional vehicle.

HOUSE RULES

Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 8 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. It’s exactly as pictured with a well stocked kitchen for cooking and very comfortable furnishings. It is very convenient to skiing, great restaurants on Main Street in Park City, and all other outdoor activities. We would definitely stay again. Communication with the property manager is also very good. We had no issues with arrival, access to the property or any mechanicals so it was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Our extended family of 8 people total (myself, my husband, his brother and our sister-in-law, along with four children ages 5-10) spent a week at this absolutely perfect ski condo. The location is perfect—a literal one minute drive to the DV snow park base (and the shuttle is very easy). The home was spotlessly clean (even the hot tub!) and just as pictured. We particularly appreciated extras like a humidifier in the bedroom closet, the crockpot, and the glove/boot dryer. Also Bo was extremely accommodating—he offered us early check in and when I forgot my car keys he cheerfully and promptly mailed them home to me. This is our family’s fifth spring break in a row at Deer Valley (and probably our 20th trip to the Park City area over the last 20 years and we would definitely stay here again.
