Very well maintained condo, overlooking the ocean, great communication with property manager, very easy to check in/out, two great gyms, two nice pools, close to great restaurants and publix supermarket.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, toys and an umbrella which was a nice surprise. The pool was fantastic, the kids had a ball. The pool had a large shallow area which was good for the kids who can't swim yet. Lucy, the host, was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Her clear checkin directions made it super easy for us to navigate checkin, even as we arrived later in the evening. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was another special unexpected surprise. Lastly, the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed for the week. Many thanks to Lucy and Richard for hosting us!

The condo is well located. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Service oriented condo staff.
The apartment was clean and functional but needs an upgrade. The kitchen is well equipped. The internet was continuously on and off and hopefully this will be improved as a result of a change over to a new tv/internet provider (Atlantic)
The service elevator is being renovated which is putting a lot of traffic to the 3 regular elevator. We were stuck in one of them for over 15 minutes and unable to activate the bell or the emergency telephone as they were both defective.
Chairs were always available at the pool.
Well equipped gym
Beach chairs and umbrellas available in the condo.
Lucy was available for any questions or concerns during our stay.
