We flew in for a quick weekend getaway to enjoy the nearby F1 Miami Grand Prix. We arrived late Friday night (Saturday morning) but the desk was ready and had us on our way to our room in minutes.First thing we noticed was a smell, not sure what it was but it was present during our entire stay. After the initial shock, you did get used to it. Secondly we killed a couple bugs, but outside of those two or three we didn't encounter any the remaining stay.We went to the balcony to take a peek at the ocean and outside the balcony is a big building with 4 to 5 roaring AC units, view is partially obstructed, but moreso the noise was not what you're hoping for.We brushed our teeth and the sink wasn't draining properly.Not a great start, but those issues aside, it was a convenient location for us. A short walk to the beach was awesome and the pool area was stunning. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept things cool all weekend long. The convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer is pretty great as well. We felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves, very quiet on the inside.The comings/goings of the restaurant patrons (building with AC that is just outside the balcony) and valet parking can be pretty noisy at times, but overall for the price it was a great place to stay. If we were to return to the Miami area, we'd probably try to find a place where we could enjoy the sound of the ocean, rather than the sound of 12 a/c units that don't stop running.

The host is very quick to take care of problems that arose. Unit was not very clean when we arrived. We had rented for a month, unit is not equipped for long term rental.People at front desk were rude.

Property is just as the pics display. The view has a building blocking some of the balcony view but still able to see the beautiful beach and sunrise. My only concern was the number of bugs we had to kill. I was told this would be addressed and understand how it can happen but it really took away from us just staying inside and relaxing.
