The lobby was very cool and welcoming. The room was clean, very nicely decorated and the staff was nice and helpful.

Close to where I needed to be, clean and comfortable.
Room I was in was loud because of machinery to do with hotel operations. I was one of only two rooms that were occupied and they put me in the room that was loud.

Loved the hip decor of the interior of the rooms. We were in the JImi so had a sweet poster of Jimi Hendrix looking at us..:) Some other cool surprisess like the Dylan flower and turntable with albums. LOVED the wallpaper too.
Nice bathroom and bath products.
Best part of the hotel is the sweet lobby. I was greeted by four of the most adorable Icelandic dogs you've ever seen. They greeted be with lovin' immediately. :) And, yes the staff were unbelievably nice and accomodating. Brandon made me feel instantly comfortable. I will definitely be going back to the Dylan again in the very near future.
