Beautiful condo! Never even had to contact the hosts because everything was taken care of and literally had no issues. Check in was a breeze, the bunk bed room was perfect for my three young daughters to share, primary bedroom was gorgeous, and we knew exactly what to bring with us because of the in detail listing description. (Extra toilet paper, laundry soap, paper towel, etc) The only thing we had to run out for extra trash bags. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay! This is an incredible condo and resort. We had everything we needed! I’m already missing my morning coffee and view on the balcony!

Condo was clean and well stocked. Some minor scratches on walls from past guest, but nothing major. I appreciated the abundance of bath towels for us to use. Nice view out the balcony of side pool and partial ocean view. The negative is the check-in process and elevators. We were told there was recent change in front desk management. Upon checking there was a huge line and the front staff was very rude. When we finally got checked in and unload we then had to spend 45 minutes waiting for the elevators. 2 of the 4 elevators work and we were told this is an ongoing issue. Then we made it to our room only to have the key pad dead to unlock the door. We had to spend another 30 minutes waiting for maintenance to come change the battery. This isn’t the end of the world, but after driving 11 hours, it is very frustrating.
