About this apartment rental
Enjoy beachfront access and multiple views from a newly-renovated end-unit on the 17th floor at Pelican Beach Resort.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55" Roku TV and sliding door access to the large balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, 50" Roku TV and a window with views over the Destin Harbor and all the way to Crab Island. There is access to the second bathroom from the second bedroom and from the living area. The second bathroom has a shower.
The large sofa in the living room is a new "sleep between the arms" queen sleeper with a premium 8.5" thick mattress.
The living area features oversized sliding doors to the balcony and fantastic views of the beach and resort pools. Because this is an end unit, it also has a large floor-to-ceiling window facing North with views over Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay, all the way to the Mid=Bay Bridge. There is a 60" Roku TV and board games.
Pelican Beach Resort features easy private beach access and a Café, convenience market and a Tiki Bar and Grill in season. There are three pools, including a new zero-entry pool right next to the beach, two hot tubs and a kid's pool. There is also a well-equipped gym with a sauna and steam room. Outside, there is a large grilling area with gas grills, tennis and pickleball courts, a covered parking garage and EV charging stations.

The unit itself was perfect! Great location in the complex so you are tucked away and have a beautiful view both from the balcony and the front door entrance. Super convenient to the parking garage, cafe and elevator that dumps you right at the door. The owners could not have more helpful and super responsive with any questions we had.

Awesome for our family to spend spring break, perfect space, great location for beach access, great parking, close to everything around Destin, pools were awesome, just an overall awesome place, thank you.

The condo is exactly as it is advertised. The place was clean, the host very respinsive, and the view was spectacular. The only negative thing I would say was that my trip was too short! Highly recommended.

My parents extended their stay and were lucky enough to catch this condo being available. The owners were very kind and granted them an early check in and they said the space was amazing. My mom loved the decor and they both loved the view. Thanks again!!
