The house is located on the edge of the village with a superb view on the countryside and the forest of La Coubre, and is ideally placed 7 km from the palmyre, 8 km from the beaches of the wild coast, 2 km from the forest of the coubre , 4 km from La Tremblade and 20 km from Royan.
The shops are 700 m away (supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, physiotherapist, hairdresser, bakery ...).
From the house you can go directly on foot or by bike on small paths.
At the level of the outside, you will appreciate:
- the wooden terrace of 30 m2 equipped with a living room of garden and deckchairs,
- the barbecue area,
- the view on the countryside,
- in the evening, you can admire, from the terrace: the sunset over the forest of Coubre followed by the flashing lights of the lighthouse of the Coubre.

Our 2nd visit to the property. Easy travelling to either quiet unspoiled beaches or more busy tourist places. Hosts next door if any problems arose, we had none. Will probably visit again.

Nous avons passés un super séjour.
Super accueil des propriétaires et la location est vraiment très agréable avec sa terrasse et son jardin clos, ce qui était idéal pour notre chien.
Nous reviendrons je l'espère.
