Very recent house (2012), fully equipped, quiet area, located in Mathes, near the beaches of La Palmyre, 2 km from its zoo.
Near Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer, 15 minutes from Royan, 15-20 minutes from Ile d'Oleron, 50 minutes from La Rochelle, 30 minutes from Rochefort and Saintes, 1h30 from Bordeaux.
Many cycle paths from the house. Very easy to go to the beach, the Palmyra by bike.
- A first room equipped with a comfortable bed 140, a large cupboard and a sliding bay window opening onto the garden without vis-à-vis;
-A second bedroom equipped with two beds in 90 sliding that can form a large bed in 180 (wooden slatted bed base and comfortable mattress), large closet, and window overlooking the back of the house without vis-à-vis.
- A third bed BZ 140 (comfortable mattress) in the living room.
-Bathroom with large Italian style shower, shower column, thermostatic faucet, large vanity, led mirror, towel radiator.
