Access to the Cabourg beach located 300m from the residence is via a walkway and a walkway by the sea will allow you access to the Houlgate beach located 500m.With 2 heated swimming pools, one outdoors accessible from May to September, offering a solarium and equipped with deckchairs, the other indoors allowing access all year round. The swimming pool will be closed from 12 January 2026 to 18 January 2026 inclusive. Dives-sur-mer will welcome you all year round, its lively centre and shops are located about 1 km from the residence, we advise you to be transported.Note Some units do not have access to the 2 swimming pools of the residence (see the housing announcement).
