The Admiral Hotel/Motel

Didn't get to stay long due to the nor'easter that came through. I was one of the folks who came for the Ocean's Calling festival. I had to leave early to avoid getting stuck. That said, the staff here is who I really want to highlight. Xarius (apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) checked me in the Friday evening, and he was super friendly. He went out of his way to outline the parking situation. Give me the details about the area, and just is an all around good guy. After leaving, I called to inquire about a potential refund for the unused portion of my stay, and I was able to chat with him again. He patiently explained the entire process and what was going to happen. Needless to say, in the immediate days after the entire situation, I didn't receive the refund. So I called back, and spoke with Raven. Raven was very sweet and kind on the phone. She gave me the exact details on everything. Not only did my refund go out days earlier, but she was able to confirm to me that I needed to speak with the folks at Booking. She provided me with their direct line, and I was able to facilitate their portion of the transaction in about 10 mins! You guys are awesome. I am saddened that my first time in the area was disrupted by the storm, but as they say "you can't control mother nature." I will definitely be back, and I will be staying at this hotel. It is situated perfectly. Easy access to the beach, and plenty of venues for food and drink. Thank you all for being so kind, and patient with this situation!

I have no complaints. Go team!

Office staff was super nice and friendly. Very helpful.

The price gouging is insane for a special event and that's for all the places in OC. This was the more affordable one. Decent location to event location.

The staff were kind and the room was clean. Close to boardwalk and had parking all day after check out🙌🏻

Nothing

Close to the boardwalk and easy walking distance to music festival.

Only one entrance/exit; windows feel very thin and you can VERY easily hear the noise outside; terrible water pressure and takes a long time to get hot.
