Kids complaining bout the smell inside it was ok area was smell of hotel room couple tears in wall kids didn’t want to stay hotel cause of it I paid for 2 days just get away

The hotel staff are rude and don't fix things in a timely manner. They will knock on your door or catch you leaving just to ask about fixing something then they will become weird with interactions. The room I had (117 now) has a big hole in the bathroom everytime the upstairs run the shower it leaks from the hole causing waterbugs and roaches (babies teens kids adults) to erupt out. There's a nest of flying ants in the window seal I had to use the rest of my dish soap to kill them off for a couple of days; They still came back 😂😂😂😂🤦🏾♀️. Last but not least they DONT PROPERLY WASH THEIR TOWELS/RAGS PILLOW CASES ETC you WILL have marks stains and hair everywhere.
