The fellow at the evening check-in desk was very cordial and helpful as we checked in for three nights. Upon entering the room, we found that the filters on the AC/ heat were filthy and had not been cleaned in ages. The bathtub did not drain well, so you ended up standing in your own filth. The second night, the AC/heater decided to go to 60° while we were asleep. The third night the AC/heater decided to go to 85 while we were asleep. The cleaning crew did not enter our room after the second night, the excuse from the front desk was that the linen service was not delivered, but I can’t believe this hotel only has one set of sheets and towels. The included breakfast was quite disappointing. Besides the typical Belgian waffle which is ok, eggs were from powdered eggs, sausage, gravy, and little rubbery sausages were offered. The fellow setting up breakfast did not put out any milk for cereal, did not turn on the juice dispenser or have glasses for juice. They were three small tubs of plain yogurt for a hotel full of guests. Breakfast did have a large assortment of bagels and cream cheese.
