Perfect location, SUPER clean and updated, had everything we needed, poor area & hot tub are great!
Sat at the gate for a couple minutes before staff let us in for check in because we didn’t have a key yet. The gate is a great feature but makes it difficult for first time guests checking in to get in.

Location, Room was phenomenal and clean!
Wait time to get into the property was a bit longer than needed, had to call the office in order to get security bar to work.

We booked this place to go to Disney with a 2 year old. The lady at the lobby assigned us an apartment on the third floor, no elevator. We asked her if we can get assigned to a different apartment because it’s a problem carrying the baby and her stuff up the stairs with no elevator, it was during low season so the place was empty, she didn’t care and didn’t provide a solution, just turned around and walked away. I asked again, nothing. We called and messaged to the numbers booking provided and nobody answered (even though they replied earlier before booking the place). We were left in the dark. Only the security guard offered to help when we got there but we stayed for 3 nights, so it’s useless to keep asking for help.
The place had leaks, hairs on top of the desks, and the AC didn’t reach the rooms.
