Facilities were great, clean, activities, staff was friendly, beach was amazing. A lot of clean towels available and excursions on site. My kids loved the pool and the fishing every morning. Also shower water pressure was amazing.
There was only one Hammock on “hammock beach” which was funny and sad because I was really looking forward to that. Also we felt like our car was held hostage, did not like to have to tip every time we needed to get into our car because they would not let us get the keys or get it ourselves. Plus the included breakfast was misleading, it was only for 2 people and only up to $27 each, which was barely the price of one meal, all of the prices were hiked up. The hotel price was crazy for no view, no included breakfast for all of us, no included valet, when it was forced on us, the refrigerador did not work and the AC kept going off as well as the wifi.

A tad tired n rooms not soundproof . Housekeeping didn’t cone until 4 pm and had to ask 3 times. Didn’t give fresh towels
