Spacieuse, superbement bien équipée, magnifiquement placée.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La proximité avec La Cotiniere permet de bénéficier de tous les services de proximité (supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie, marché, boucher et poissonniers) et elle est entourée de maraîchers et de producteurs de vin (et de pineau) d’une brasserie… pour profiter des produits locaux.
La cuisine est très bien équipée, la cour également.
La literie est confortable.
L’environnement est très calme et très agréable.
La plage est accessible en 5 minutes à vélo (sur des routes calmes)
Bref, peu de fausses notes, si ce n’est le niveau de propreté en arrivant… mais nous sommes une famille plutôt exigeante sur ce sujet … et sur une île où la plage est omniprésente, difficile de ne pas ramener de sable.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Charmante maison de village, restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et toute proche du Port pittoresque de la Cotinière !
Un calme incroyable, idéal pour se reposer !
Le petit plus : la terrasse :)
Le coup de cœur : la chambre parentale, ses meubles chinés et sa vue sur les pins parasols :))

Maison très agréable, lumineuse, confortable, cour abritée, très bien équipée... et au calme. Un vrai régal, je conseille les yeux fermés, nous y retournerons.

Maison idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes. Bonne situation sur l’île. Possibilité de faire beaucoup de choses à vélo
