House of 145 m2 living space on 2500m2 land located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center of Nantes.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room, fitted kitchen, 1 large garage with washing machine and dryer.
The house is ideal for 2 couples and 4 children.
Outside a very large terrace of 150 m2 with swimming pool (salt) of 9x4.5.
For children, garden shed, swing, table tennis and trampoline are available and for adults a large pétanque court. A gas barbecue (Webber) is also available.
The house is ideally located 10 minutes by car from the center of Nantes and 40 minutes from the beaches (Pornic, St Brevin, La Bernerie).
Beautiful rides are to be made by bike around the lake of great place located 200 meters as the crow flies.

-O'gliss (1h15)
-puy du fou (1h05)
La Baule, Pornichet, St Jean de Mont are less than an hour away by car.

Superb holiday, beautiful setting, and wonderful hosts. We really had a great holiday and the facilities were first rate. Pool, table tennis, petanque, darts for a great time on site, and short drives to Pornic and Nantes make this a really great location. Wonderful Super-U very close too. Thanks for the memories B&K.

The property was even better than what the photographs make it look. We had 8 of us staying and it was a perfect family time, enjoying the weather and the superb outdoor lounging and seating area. The pool was lovely and looks great at night with the lights on.
The hosts were so friendly and covered what we needed to know, then left us to enjoy the property. Would definitely recommend as a great place.

Un excellent séjour, les propriétaires très agréables. La maison un paradis pour les enfants avec une magnifique piscine. Franchement rien à dire de négatif. De magnifiques endroit aux alentours Pornic, Nantes, planète sauvage, terra botanique, les vignes. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.
