This Platinum residence offers a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed and the other with two queen beds. Additional features include a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.
After a day of adventure, conveniently store your gear in the private ski locker or bike storage room before unwinding at the expansive patio area, which features a large year-round pool, two hot tubs, lounge chairs, grills, and a sauna with a private changing area. Two outdoor gas firepits provide the perfect setting to relax while taking in beautiful mountain views. For those traveling with a vehicle, Kiva offers complimentary covered parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and access to a convenient shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

The Kiva will undergo a roofing project from August 17 through November 1. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, along with temporary impacts to building access and appearance as work progresses. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work will take place on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this important property improvement.

Condo finishes are lovely, had everything we could have needed. Nice living area and larger than most condos. Plenty of room to have all 6 in one room for meal or tv.
Management very helpful. Easy walk to the main village, but the return walk is uphill - not as easy! Shuttle is easy to grab though. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family of six stayed at Kiva # 435 after Thanksgiving and had a great time. The location is excellent, walking distance from the center of town, and Kiva is ski in/ski out.
This condo has been renovated with nice furniture and granite throughout. The condo has three bedrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms (one with a king and one with two queens) and one loft bedroom on the top level (twin beds that can be put together into a king bed). Each bedroom has its own full bath.
Since this unit is a top floor corner unit, it has vaulted ceilings and views to the east and the south towards the slopes. The two hot tubs and heated pool are a nice plus.
