This residence offers vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the second with two queen size beds. Additional features include a loft with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.
After a day of adventure, conveniently store your gear in the private ski locker or bike storage room before unwinding at the expansive patio area, which features a large year-round pool, two hot tubs, lounge chairs, grills, and a sauna with a private changing area. Two outdoor gas firepits provide the perfect setting to relax while taking in beautiful mountain views. For those traveling with a vehicle, Kiva offers complimentary covered parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and access to a convenient shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

The Kiva will undergo a roofing project from August 17 through November 1. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, along with temporary impacts to building access and appearance as work progresses. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work will take place on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this important property improvement.

The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Having the loft with a bath provided everyone their own room. The kitchen was well stocked, including a Keurig and a coffee maker. Loved having a fireplace with enough wood for numerous fires. Location was close to the beginning ski slopes and ski school. Each room had their own thermostat which was convenient. My only wish was that the master had more light. I would definitely come back to this condo!
