Very nice property. A little bit of a hike to/from the village. Beautiful view from back deck. Amenities were sufficient.Only real problem was the dishwasher and clothes dryer quit working after the first couple of days.Overall, a very nice property. I would recommend it.

This condo was perfect for our family. Three bedrooms for three couples and the kids had the upstairs bedroom/loft. LOVED that it was a true ski-in/ski-out and the view was incredible! Best view in the complex!!! The boot warmers and ski locker was the cherry on top! Will definitely rent again! Sharon was amazing to work with!!

Perfectly-sized, well-equipped vacation condo in the perfect location!! We had a great time in this truly ski in/out property, access to pool and hot tub were easy, and the condo's kitchen had everything we needed as well. Walking into Beaver Creek took 5 minutes, so even our non-skiers got to have the 3 pm cookies! Our stay at this vacation rental couldn't have been better!

We have been staying in Beaver Creek for years. This is the most ideal location for families and a true ski in and ski out. Very comfortable rooms with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Ski locker and garage were perfect. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We had an amazing time at this breathtaking property in Beaver Creek! The views of the mountain and proximity to the chairlift were unbeatable. We were so thankful for this ski-in and ski-out experience, especially with the boot warmers, during our chilly week (and especially considering we were skiing with a 3 and 5 year old). It was an ideal location and property for us. The staff at the Highlands were so lovely and helpful and we were grateful to our hostess, who provided sheets and a mattress cover for the pack n play, which was already set up upon our arrival (this was super helpful when we got in at midnight after a long day of travel). We really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and hot chocolate at The Highlands. We also felt that the condo was very clean upon arrival and (while we needed some guidance with the base board heaters), everything was in working condition. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back!

What an awesome condo, perfect for our large family. We were in Beaver Creek for our son’s wedding. We had 10 people, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space to gather. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs everyday. The views were beautiful. Easy walking to the village but the free bus was wonderful to use. Well stocked kitchen, even 2 crockpots, serving dishes and plenty of bowls. Sharon was a great host and answered all of our questions quickly. Outstanding condo and would highly recommend for winter or summer stays.

We have stayed in a total of 8 places over the years. We have already booked this place for next year and expect to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Easy access to slops for our kids and the ski locker makes it easy. Had fires every day in fire place and enjoyed the amazing views of the mountains. There were 9 of us and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Great place and property.

The condo is beautiful!! We had 6 adults and 3 kids, everyone had their own space. We all fit comfortably in the living room together as well. This condo has the best views in the entire building!! We didn't even have to go outside in the cold for the Thursday night fireworks. Access to the lift is steps out the door. The kitchen is very well equipt and makes it easy to cook some meals in. Easy access to the village via the Village Connect shuttle. The heated parking garage and luggage carts made loading and unloading very easy. The ski locker and boot dryers are a huge plus. No lugging skis in the elevator. We are also thankful for the humidifiers in every room. Coming from sea level they made a big difference, especially at night. We would definitely stay here again! Side note - Allie's Cabin was an amazing experience! The sled ride there and back was cold but so much fun! The food is delicious!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and in a perfect location with a fantastic view. The pictures do not do it justice! We had 7 people and an abundance of space. The owner was very quick to reply to my questions and very accommodating. We came in June so would love to come back in the winter and enjoy winter activities. Will definitely be back!

Very easy ski in and out that had 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Super convenient for our group of 8. We ate a few meals in the home, but also were able to walk to beaver creek or take the short drive to Avon and vail. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo was amazing- lift outside the back door of building, 10 minute walk into village, or use the free shuttle system. Our booking was completed in May, 2021 for our travels in February, 2022. The condo originally listed as having 2 bedrooms with king beds. This was an important factor for our group traveling together. A few days leading up to the trip I checked the VRBO listing again for amenities only to find out that one of the king bedrooms had changed to a queen. This was a huge dissatisfier, as double king listings rent for more. The owner never notified us of the downgrading in beds, and had we known we would have rented elsewhere. Also- several pieces of furniture were broken in the home.

We stayed with our family (8 adults and 2 children). It was wonderful. Walked out the door to the slopes with true ski in and ski out experience. Easy access for lunch and through out the day. Comfortable furniture/bedding and living space, with a very nicely supplied kitchen. A few small problems that were immediately corrected by the manager (like within 2 hours). We will certainly be hoping this is available the next time we come back to Beaver Creek. Would highly recommend!

Location is good. The ability to ski right up to the building was convenient. And skiing right out of the door to the main lift was solid. The ski lockers, and the boot dryers are a nice perk. It was also a very quick walk to the village (much easier to walk downhill to the village, than back uphill to the condo, but both very easy). The people at the front desk were helpful. There was also a complimentary snack area. It had sunscreens, lip balms, hand warmers, pretzels, granola bars, etc. The actual unit was perfect for 6 people. Any more people, and I think it would have been cramped. We all note that the kitchen was not suited for 6 people. There were only 4 or 5 coffee mugs and only 2 wine glasses. One stemmed, and one stemless with a large crack down the side ( so really 1.5 glasses). We had to run the dishwasher more than 1X/ day, because we were frequently out of clean bowls and silverware. When we arrived, the sink was not draining well. By the second day it was totally clogged, and would not drain. We called the House Manager, per the instructions. It took a good 24 hours for someone to show but eventually it was repaired. The bottom line - we could not use the kitchen sink for over a day. In summary, the place was good, but a small investment in some additional kitchen essentials would make the place much better (wine glasses ARE essentials).

This condo was perfect for our group of 7 including 4 Teenagers who needed space! We could have easily slept 3 more guests. This is our 2nd time to stay at the Highland's Lodge and we will return! one of the best Ski in, Ski out locations we have stayed in. The owner was VERY responsive! check in and check out was seamless. Only issue we experienced was having the main TV in the den lose a partial picture. I emailed the owner and she had it replaced with a bigger TV within 24 hours. This unit is well stocked, in a great location and can easily sleep 10 people comfortably. Great mountain views and as close as you can get to a ski lift in Beaver Creek!!

Best location

Visited for a guys trip for 7 days. This property was right on the slopes, easy access to village/restaurants, hot tubs right downstairs and the townhome was furnished with everything we needed. Costco trip was key. We cooked almost every night. All 9 of us slept comfortably throughout the house. The only little negative would be the TV in living room. It was Mounted 7 feet high and angled up. Other than that the rental was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

This one s a great property. I don’t write many reviews but feel compelled about this property. It is a true ski-in/ski-out. The space allowed our party of 11 to spread out when needed. It is easily walkable to the village or the shuttle is close at hand. Sharon has stocked the unit completely. Thanks for the humidifiers—they helped us flatlanders a ton. Completely recommend.
