About this cottage rental
Nestled on the south shore of Lake Weir in the private enclave of Villas of Eaton's Beach, this totally update vacation villa offers spectacular lake views from virtually every room. This well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath property provides all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and a private bath. The spacious guest bedroom offers a queen bed as well as 2 twin beds and private access to the beach bath.
The living area is very open and ideal for entertaining, is very nicely furnished with cable TV and gorgeous views of the beach and lake. The kitchen has been totally updated and has even more lake views. The eat in kitchen has plenty of storage, counter space & the appliances have been recently upgraded and include a dishwasher & built in microwave.
On the lanai, you can enjoy your morning coffee and spectacular sunrises or sip your favorite beverage and watch the sun set over the water. There is a charcoal grill on the patio area.
Get your toes in the sand literally 10 feet from the lanai which also has direct access to the beach bath. There is volleyball on the beach. Lake Weir is a sand bottom lake which is very rare for Florida. This feature and the clear water make its 5,685 acres a wonderful lake to boat, ski, fish or swim.
The Villas of Eaton's Beach is a privately gated community & there is a boat ramp and boat/trailer storage on site. If you would like to keep your boat in the water, you must bring your own mooring.
Right next door is Eaton's Beach Sandbar & Grill. This beach front hot spot is great for lunch or dinner, has a tiki bar, live entertainment as well as boat, jet ski & paddle board rentals.
If you are booking in January through March you must book at least 90days.
***As parking is required up the hill, there is a stairway down to the cottage***

You couldn't get any closer to the water unless you were on a houseboat. I enjoyed hosting family over for meals and playtime on the beach. I look forward to coming back soon.

This quaint little cottage was exactly what we needed for our only vacation we get to have a year. Location was perfect, stay was relaxing and peaceful. Owner’s had great communication and were super responsive! We definitely hope to return, thanks for everything! The Carriers

We love the cottage and the lake. The cottage is only a few feet from the water, which was good for us to stay inside some and watch the boating and swimming activities. The restaurant on the property is nice and the food was good. Wonderful places for family activities
