About this house rental
Small independent house, full of charm, combining modernity and authenticity with its visible stones. Cellar of an entirely restored 18th century building, 55m2, floor comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. Living room open onto a small tree-lined courtyard, facing south, quiet and not overlooked, with dry stone walls, terrace and garden furniture in exotic wood. Neat decoration, comfortable equipment. Nice views of the village from the rooms.

La location : petite maison de caractère aménagée avec goût, fonctionnelle. Décoration très soignée, mariage d'un esprit bord de mer avec des objets plus modernes. Idéale pour couple seul ou avec un ou deux enfants en bas-âge. Charmante petite terrasse. La situation : maison située au coeur du village dans un quartier très calme. Proximité de petits commerces, du marché, possibilité de faire ses courses à pied. Facilité de déplacement à vélo sur toute l'île, la voiture peut rester stationnée durant tout le séjour. La plage est facilement accessible, à 5 mn à vélo. Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré : Ambiance typique de village, avec marché journalier, quelques cafés et restaurants. Les plages sont parmi les plus belles de l'île. A déconseiller aux noctambules, peu d'animation en soirée au Bois-Plage, du moins lors de notre séjour fin juin. Nous avons été conquis par la beauté de l'île de Ré et le charme un peu rétro de ses villages. La location accueillante a contribué à nous faire passer d'agréables vacances.
