My partner and I booked to stay here so we could enjoy a 10 day cycling holiday. The apartment fitted out requirements perfectly. It was as lovely as it looked in the photos. Clean, comfortable, quiet location and well equipt and offers safe bike storage. William and Dominique were also lovely hosts and did their very best to make us feel welcome. The apartment was well placed to cycle all the local Cols with the Lauterete on the doorstep as well as easy access to Col Du Izoard, Galibier and many others. Definitely comes highly recommended from us!

We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. The appartment is beautifully appointed with virtually everything you could need. The master bedroom is very comfortable, lounge/dinner, whilst not large is also great with dinning table that extends to sit six - only four chairs, but I'm sure if needed the owners downstairs would lend you more! There is also a sofa bed downstairs and two beds in the loft bedroom - ideal for youngsters - steep ladder/stairs and low ceiling! They also have another room across the landing that we understand has a double bed and ensuite. We did not use it and was not included. The heating was flexible - ignore the thermostat on the wall - it is just there to fool you it still works!!!! Each radiator has it's own temperature controls. Microwave/oven/grill worked well once we worked out the controls - the owners happily provided the english instructions. Dishwasher Access to the Serre Chevalier valley and Briancon is easy and there are two big supermarkets within a short drive in Briancon. Geant and Carrefour Market. Next to Geant there is also a large sports shop and two adjacent to Carrefour Market. There is a Carrefour City as well! Ski and Boot store available and parking on the drive, We definitely recommend the appartment. It took us 10 hours to drive directly back to Calais.

This apartment was perfect for us and our teenage son.It is very clean, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and very comfortable and quiet.The pictures and description on the website are very accurate. William and Dominique were the perfect hosts and waited up for us when our arrival time was delayed. When we subsequently had some car trouble, they could not have been more helpful and very kindly invited us to join them for some snacks and champagne one evening. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment and would hope to be able to stay again in the future! Thank you, William and Dominique!

We are a young family with 2 small children and we spent here 1 week during the New Year. First of all I can say that the appartment is exactly as pictured, with everything new and ultra clean in it, with a new kitchenette with washing machine, big fridge and microwave. The only drop back is that the rooms are a bit small for a family with 2 small children because the upper room and bed is not usable (dangerous stair). However it's still manageable with the existing double bed in bedroom and extensible coach in the small leaving room and for this price I would for sure rent it again. The hosts are so nice peoples. They invited us for a glass of Champagne after New Year and they offered small gifts to our children. Also we found in the apartment a big basket full with a lot of chocolate, cakes, pasta and a bottle of Italian sect. As we cleaned up the apartment properly by ourselves they did not ask us to pay the cleaning fee at the end. The location is only 2 km from Briancon from where we shopped everything we needed, but we drove 13 km to Mongenevre for skiing (no snow on Briancon). I would highly recommend this appartment both for the price, quality, location and friendliness of the hosts. We had a super vacation!

We are a family with 2 small children and we spent our New Year in this apartment. First of all I can say that everything is as pictured: very good looking, quite new and very clean. The only drown back is that the apartment is a bit to small for a family with 2 small kids because the mezzanine bed can't be used (too dangerous stair), but we could still manage with the double bed from bedroom and the extensible coach from living room. The location is very good if you have a car (only 2 km from Briancon shopping centre and 15 km from Montgenevre if you like those ski slope better). The price/quality ratio is also extremely good for that region. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. We found in the room a basket full with chocolates, cakes, pasta and a bottle of Italian sekt at arrival and also after New Year they invited us for a glass o champagne and gave some very nice small gifts to the children. I found them really the perfect hosts and I would highly recommend them and the apartment to everybody.

Merci à Dominique et William pour le séjour. La location était en tout point identique à l'annonce et l'arret tout proche pour la navette en direction de la station de Chantemerle ( 6 minutes ) est très pratique. Nous n'oublions pas les propriétaires charmants, (ma fille à adoré la collection de BDs) avec pleins d'attentions à notre égard durant la semaine, ce fut parfait.

Par quoi commencer... tellement tout était parfait ! Les hôtes sont si gentils et attentionnés, le logement est très propre, décoré avec goût et il ne manque absolument rien... La vue est superbe, et l'esprit chalet/bois tout ce que l'on adore ! L'emplacement est top, nous avons eu 1 semaine toute enneigée, et malgré les remontées fermées, nous avons fait de la luge, de la patinoire, des belles rando à 2 pas du chalet, bébé a pu skier, magnifique feu d'artifice du reveillon.... puis des bons vins chauds et des crêpes à Monnetier et Villeneuve... Bref, nous avons passé cette nouvelle année dans le bonheur ❤ et MERCI à eux. BONNE ANNEE 2021 :) Geoffrey, Stéphanie et Léo

Appartement très bien aménagé, très propre. Literie de qualité. Nous avons très bien dormi dans un environnement hyper calme. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont à disposition ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ailleurs : plusieurs casseroles et poêles, et le reste... Lave vaisselle impeccable. Grand frigo.... bref tout comme à la maison ! Linge de toilette très propre et doux. C'est très appréciable. L'appartement est très bien situé. Navette à 50 mètres, gratuite, premier arrêt donc toujours de la place et 20 minutes après nous étions aux télécabines. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très agréables et de bons conseils. Nous y retournerons.

Excellent séjour dans ce très joli chalet décoré avec soin. L'appartement est impeccablement propre et les équipements sont parfaits. Les propriétaires mettent tout en oeuvre pour que les locataires se sentent à l'aise grâce à leur disponibilité et aux attentions répétées. Très belle région aussi en été. Superbes randonnées aux alentours. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui prennent soin de leurs hôtes par leurs petites attentions. Le logement est très bien équipé. Wir haben uns in dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Unsere Motorräder durften unters Dach, unser Auto sowie der Motorradanhänger durften auf dem Hof parken. Zur Begrüßung war ein Korb mit frischem Obst und Gemüse bereitgestellt. Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien, la chaleur du bois, les touches de deco, le local à skis, la propreté impeccable, les petites attentions (panier avec fruits, confitures maison, sachet de lavande du jardin), la literie confortable, la situation près de la navette proche du départ du télécabine, le calme, la gentillesse des habitants et des commerçants de serre che, tout a contribué à faire de ce séjour une réussite.
