Shabby and needs TLC

The location is the only thing going for this property.

Almost everything. Hosts are unresponsive, didn't fix issues onsite. Dryer was broken, place is dirty, stains on carpet and cushions, deck is rotting and unsafe, hot tub was dirty, broken furniture piled up outside, patio furniture was dirty, garbage left in bathroom from previous guest. House in general is old and run down.

decks and hot tub are on the street side of the house but it’s a very quiet street so ok
