Pretty house entirely renovated, very luminous and very well arranged, you will feel immediately like at home. Guests can enjoy the garden with its terrace for lunch or dinner outside. Ideally located in a neighborhood near the coast (10 minutes walk from the coastal path and beaches), and close to shops: come relax in this quiet area of Concarneau but close to the walled city and market hall thanks at the ferry crossing Lanriec.
It's a real pleasure to do everything on foot! What freedom!

A very pleasant 12 days stay. We thoroughly enjoyed "'la maison"! Interior design is very tastefull and distinguished, completely equipped with everything needed. The small garden is cosy and a great place to relax. All necessary services (Intermarchée, boulangerie, patisserie in the vicinity. 2m by car, 8 min walking distance to the beautiful coast. We will return for sure:)

Das kleine Häuschen war ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen an der grossartigen Küste. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt, die Küche prima eingerichtet, sodass selber Kochen mit den tollen Produkten aus der Region richtig Freude gemacht hat. Fisch gibt's im Fischladen im Viertel, direkt gegenüber gibt's einen Gemüseladen. Auch die Ville Close und damit die Altstadt ist mit der Fähre schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ebenso und hatte wichtige Tips parat. Also: sehr empfehlenswert. Kein Luxus aber Grund solide.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir wohnten vom 11. - 25.06.2022 in diesem sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll gestalteten Haus. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Ferienhäusern oder -wohnungen, aber eine so vollkommen ausgestattete Küche - bis hin zu Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen und und und, haben wir noch nie erlebt. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und haben täglich die schönsten Ausflüge in die wunderbare Umgebung machen können. Das Auto brauchten wir nie. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe, ebenso wie Concarneau selbst. Die Abwicklung der Hausübernahme und -übergabe klappten reibungslos dank der sehr nette Vermieterin, Isabelle Delong. Aber besonders möchten wir uns für die freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Unterstützung von Martine bedanken, die jederzeit vor Ort ansprechbar war und sich sehr für unsere Fragen und Wünsche engagiert hat. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und können es wirklich nur empfehlen.

Die Objektbeschreibung von Isabelle und Sylvain Delong traf hundertprozentig zu. Ausstattung sehr gut und neuwertig. in einer Nebenstrasse gelegen, konnte man zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto Concarneau mit Hafen und Festung mit Altstadt erleben. Es sind nur wenige hundert Meter zu einem schönen Fussweg entlang des Wassers. Supermärkte, Bäckereien im Nahbereich. Mit dem Auto erreichte man in ca. 15 Minuten zahlreiche tolle Strände. Die Nachbarin Martine ist eine gute Seele, hilft gerne und hat gute Tipps.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Nachbarin gibt einem wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Man ist von dort sowohl schnell in der Stadt als auch am Strand. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Gîte bien réaménagé à la décoration sobre et moderne dans un quartier calme de Concarneau. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le sentier cotier, à proximité est splendide : il permet de rejoindre le bac accédant directement à la ville close. La région est très belle et variée : ne pas rater une virée aux Glenan et à Benodet et Quimper. Dommage cependant que les algues vertes polluent parfois l'atmosphère... Déguster les langoustines de Le Venez, le poissonnier recommandé (à raison) par Martine qui vous accueillera à votre arrivée et qui ne rechigne pas à vous renseigner efficacement.

Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses und die tatsächlichen Begebenheiten vor Ort stimmen vollkommen überein. Das Domizil ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, inklusive eines mexikanischen Terassenofens, den man zum Grillen nutzen kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte wie besprochen perfekt und die Erläuterungen zum Haus und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung waren sehr detailliert. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz für 2 Personen und ist aber auch für einen 4-köpfigen Aufenthalt gut dimensioniert. Die Lage in der Stadt am Rande einer reinen Wohngegend ist insbesondere unter dem Gesichtspunkt, dass man mit einer kleinen Personenfähre (20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar bzw. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) die Altstadt von Concarneau erreicht, sehr gut. Angrenzend an die Wohngegend liegt das Krankenhaus und das Schulzentrum von Concarneau, sodass man vom Grundstück aus Straßenverkehr wahrnimmt. Ein Supermarkt ist nahe zum Haus gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß) eine außerordentlich gute Bäckerei. Der Kontakt und die Vertragsabwicklung mit der Eigentümerin verlief immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Alles zusammen: Das Ferienhaus ist für jeden sehr zu empfehlen, der nicht in Abgeschiedenheit auf dem Land sondern im aktiven bretonischen Stadtleben einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte.

Très sympathique accueil de Martine. Le petit jardin terrasse et son superbe camélia en fleurs. Dans la maison tout est parfait. Équipement et deco ont été aménagés tant avec l’esprit pratique qu’avec le coeur : canapé cocooning, belle vaisselle, dressing, la fameuse Krampouz, etc. Merci pour toutes ces attentions qui ont fait de notre semaine à Concarneau un vrai moment de bonheur !!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette très belle maison de Concarneau!!!! Nous revenions à Concarneau pour la deuxième fois, cette fois-ci dans cette magnifique maison : belle décoration, fonctionnelle, propre et très bien située. Nous étions près des plages, du bac permettant d'accéder à la ville close (10 à 15 minutes à pied), ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles promenades à pied, d'autant que le soleil était au rendez-vous durant toute la durée de notre séjour. Merci à Isabelle et Sylvain de leur présence (même à distance) et de leur accompagnement (avant, pendant et après notre séjour), merci à Martine pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, ses conseils et recommandations très utiles. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, pour tous les amoureux de la Bretagne!!!!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der sehr schöne Küstenweg ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen, auch die Ville Close kann zu Fuß (+ kurzes Stück mit der Fähre) erreicht werden. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Bäcker, auch ein großer Intermarché ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert worden, es ist alles sehr hell und geräumig und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind neu und gut. Die Übergabe war jeweils sehr unkompliziert und freundlich und es war alles sauber. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus sehr gerne weiter und hoffen bald wieder zu kommen.
