5 people on 2 levels, ground floor: hall, living room communicating with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom redone in 2016 with shower and bath, separate toilet; floor: 2 bedrooms (one large and one smaller), bathroom, WC. South exposure; terrace with electric awning, enclosed garden of 600 m2 ex. Private parking. Quiet residential area. Close to coastal paths and beaches, sports facilities (tennis, swimming pool). Supermarket at 400 meters Ville Close on foot, by ferry at 400 meters.

La maison est vraiment grande et nous a permis, grâce à ses 3 chambres, de faire dormir notre fils de 9 ans et son cousin ado dans des chambres séparées. Grand et très chouette jardin! Seul bémol les points lumineux qui n’éclairent pas assez quand le temps est maussade.

Maison idéalement située dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche du centre-ville, avec un jardin très agréable. Description parfaitement conforme. Bons contacts avec le propriétaire. A noter la facilité d'accès et la vie de plain-pied parfaits pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Großzügiges Haus für Eltern und 2 Teenager. Wie schon beschrieben, in Laufweite zur Ville Close und außerdem zum Küstenwanderweg. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Andere Geschäfte scheinen aufgegeben zu haben, waren jedenfalls während unseres Aufenthalts durchgehend geschlossen. Zu Beginn hatten wir ein mittleres Ameisenproblem, das sich durch die Aufstellung mehrerer Ameisenfallen in der Küche, dem Wohnzimmer und dem oberen Bad jedoch lösen ließ. Ansonsten sehr angenehm zu bewohnendes Haus, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Man hat also sehr viel Platz, und es bietet viele Verstaumöglichkeiten. Zum Haus gehört eine Garage in der man Fahrräder unterstellen könnte. Zum Haus gehört auch ein großer Garten. Das Haus liegt in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung und ist dadurch in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Man erreicht von dort aus das Zentrum von CONCARNEAU mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist mit einer gut eingerichteten großzügige Küche ausgestattet es hat WLAN und einen Fernseher.

Die Anmietung war unkompliziert, die Vermieter sehr nett, das Ferienhaus sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet, schöne Terrasse zum großen Garten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (auch Sonntag) zu Fuß um die Ecke ein kleiner Laden etwas teurer oder fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt. Die Lage in einem reinen Wohnviertel ist ruhig und man ist zu Fuß nach ca. 500m an einer kleinen Fähre die ständig zur Stadtmitte pendelt (bis 23:00Uhr). Leider war nach vier Tagen durch einen Schiffsunfall die Fähre und die Anlagestelle defekt. Es wurde umgehend ein Pendelbus eingesetzt. Restaurants in der Nähe an der Anlegestelle. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Unterkunft und Ferienort sind von uns absolut zu empfehlen!

Location satisfaisante dans l'ensemble. Quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires au niveau de l'installation de la cuisine ( réfrigérateur trop petit, pas de congélateur). Une douche serait préférable à la baignoire dans la salle de bains du rez de chaussée. Location très convenable.
