Located in a small residence in the district of Vieil Alpe, near the shops, the chairlift of the Grande Sure and the Tourist Office, this charming apartment of 40 m2, with large balcony (facing south, overlooking the massifs and the turns of the Alpe d'Huez) is ideal for holidays in family or between friends.
This apartment has access to the slopes via the chairlift, a 3-minute walk away, or a free shuttle bus to the foot of the building; linen (towels and sheets) is provided
Shops, restaurants, cinema are nearby.
The apartment has a lounge dining room with sofa bed, TV, stereo.

Equipped kitchen corner, new kitchen since February 2018: oven convertible microwave, 3 induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, raclette and fondue.

It is really a fantastic apartment.We had a pleasant communication with the owners and a warm welcome despite the fact that we were delayed considerably.The apartment is fully equipped and attractively decorated.Practical things such as a few dishwasher tablets and garbage bags have also been considered.And yes... the view is stunning.

Beautiful clean well set up apartment that suited us (2 adults and 4 year old) perfectly. Ski lift a short walk away, parking outside and some lovely restaurants, shops and a bakery 2 mins up the hill. Owners were great, we would consider staying again if just for the view. Thanks!

The apartment is very nice and cosy, with everything you need for a week at Alpe d’Huez. Hosts are very friendly! It’s a bit small if you want to stay with 4 adults (the bunk bed is not in a private room), but we managed:)

Spent an amazing week skiing in Alpe D'Huez. Pierre and his wife were there to meet us on arrival and were both very welcoming. Despite my very limited french and Pierre's english we were shown around the apartment and given full instructions on everything, which was all very clear. The apartment is very cozy and warm. Amazing views. Great location to the nearest very quite lift (about 100m away), straight up to the top of the mountain then away skiing. Also bars and restaurants are a short walk away. We loved the apartment and Alpe D'Huez , and would not hesitate to book up this apartment again.

Communication was easy and Pierre was very responsive. The apartment was very clean, very well located. We walked every morning to the bakery to buy bread. Everything is a few steps away. Lot of activities and beautiful landscape. Great stay!

Ideal property for a family of four. Very well presented and equipped and in a good location. Close to shops and restaurants and about 400m from lift and piste. The walk is a bit uphill though. View from the balcony is outstanding. Only tiny downsides were a small boot room and no door on the kids bunk room. Excellent communication and welcome from Pierre.

Excellent ski apartment, located a few minutes walk to the nearest ski lift (Grand Sure) and also close to shops, ski hire and bars/restaurants. Also a short walk (5 mins) to the tourist office and other lift options/access. Very helpful owners and good communication with easy check in and out. The apartment was clean with all the amenities you would expect. Amazing views from inside and the balcony. Whilst not a large apartment, absolutely perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed a fantastic week.

Apartment was Compact and well apportioned, and the bathroom decor is worth a mention! Apartment was in a good location making it easy to walk to the ski lift and a short stroll to some of the best restaurants in town for the apres ski. Owners were very welcoming and friendly, everything was provided. All in all, a great holiday base.

I have stayed in a lot of ski apartments over the years, and this is probably the best I’ve ever found. It’s warm, very comfortable, convenient and perfectly put together. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and it’s near to the lifts, a great local bar, restaurants, a supermarket and a lovely bakery. Pierre and Nelly are fantastic hosts, and truly lovely people. I can’t recommend this apartment enough.

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and in excellent condition. Really nice oven and cooking area, more spacious than most and a lovely new bathroom. The owners were very attentive, prior to arrival and very friendly and flexible to our requirements while we were there. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Fabulous views and amazing balcony. The ski bus stopped right outside the property which is great. While there is a ski lift very close, it is difficult to get to as it is uphill and very difficult to access which is the only slight downside. A fantastic week, fantastic property, many thanks to the owners.

Amazing apartment

Amazing apartment

Pierre and his wife were very friendly and welcoming even after we were delayed 3 hours due to a diverted flight to Lyon and arriving at 10pm. The apartment was very clean and extremely well kept. There are lots of useful kitchen utensils, pots and pans to cook in and the hobs and ovens work very well. The WiFi in the apartment is very fast and reliable so there is absolutely no problem with it at all. The apartment is very warm and has plenty of radiators which are easy to control and change the heat on. There is a ski lift only a few hundred metres away behind a hotel over the road so access to the mountain was fantastic. The best part about the experience though is the incredible balcony! We usually go out after skiing to the apres bars but the balcony just had us coming back every afternoon after skiing. The view is breathtaking and we had amazing weather so could sit out there and sun bathe. There is a good size table and fold out chairs to use out there too. Overall we couldn't have been happier with the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit. Thank you Pierre

Well maintained and a good layout. Pierre was fantastic and both he and his wife were very eager to ensure we were happy. Fantastic views across the valley, and the chair is only 5 mins walk away. Parking right outside the building too. That made life super easy. Good value, and I would absolutely stay again.

Pierre and Nelly are wonderful hosts. The appt is well stocked with all the necessary kitchen and cooking facilities. The shower and bathroom are new and tasteful and the wifi is amazingly fast. But the real plus is the stunning view to Huez and across the Alpes from the balcony. Additionally the grande surcchair lift is very close for access to all main ski areas

We were a party of four staying for 1 week. The apartment was in a great location, a few mins walk to the Grand Sur chair lift, so very convenient if you have a 6 day lift pass. The place was well equipped with everything we could have need for the week, very warm and comfortable. Would love to go back next year, thankyou Pierre!

Vue magnifique, petit immeuble de propriétaire, donc très calme, voisins très aimables, propreté irréprochable, décoration soignée où l’on se sent tout de suite bien, propriétaires très accueillants, proximité de tout : télésiège, forfaits, restaurants, commerces…. Tout ceci fait qu’on peut profiter d’une grande station, mais dans une ambiance village, et dans un appartement chaleureux, ce qui change des grands ensembles à tour opérator.

L’appartement est fonctionnel, propre, et avec une vue magnifique. La résidence est relativement calme, avec place de parking disponible juste devant. Située à l’entrée du village, les commerces sont très proches et les départs de randonnées également. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et sympathiques, ils mettent aussi à disposition des informations sur les activités à faire dans les environs.

Les superlatifs manquent pour décrire ce logement, tres ensoleillé, propre et superficie impeccable pour quatre personnes, literie parfaite. Appartement équipé comme chez soi, avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine auxquels nous ne pensons pas forcément ( boule à thé, planche à découper, etc...) Accueil parfait par les propriétaires.
